# Goober art yarn · a plan that can be picked up

Owner: Saelion build stewardship. Surface: https://stevoblevo.github.io/goober/ . Keep one public doorway. This public selection should converge with the existing owner-private Saelion Art Plane (SKEIN-142), not become another canonical archive or world-state database.

## What exists
Three recovered original artworks and their three recorded display derivatives, all linked through the existing asset-provenance manifest. The gallery adds full-original viewing, original/crop comparison, search, image-specific links, keyboard navigation and byte verification. It does not create new art. The current Sources panel was a provenance view; it was not a complete gallery or automatic chat-image intake.

## P0 · Finish the current gallery slice
Status: implemented candidate; release receipt records actual validation and delivery separately.
Acceptance: open all three originals; switch to the recorded display derivative; keyboard Previous/Next/Escape; direct image link; no cropped-off original in fit view; verify original SHA-256; usable at 320/390/768/1440px; no personal screenshot content in public assets; visible entry from the existing site.

## P1 · Reconcile every image reference, without publishing everything
Status: first inventory captured, fuller inline-preview reconciliation open.
Current attachment inventory: seven records representing six distinct backing images. Three original artworks are public; three context screenshots are held outside the public gallery; one duplicate original reference is deduplicated. Two further Library pictures previously viewed through tools are tracked separately and not selected for public display. Context screenshots are evidence, not automatic gallery material.
Next action: extend the existing Art Plane intake contract with canonical source locator, observed bytes/hash, original/derivative relationship, semantic tags, disclosure scope and truthful missing state. Public gallery receives only deliberately selected items. Preserve alternatives, not just the last generation. Never guess a URL for an opaque asset ID. Never turn a screenshot's claim into proof of a video or implementation.
Acceptance: each scoped reference is displayed, privately indexed, duplicate-linked, pending selection or missing, with a reason and provenance. No claim of full-chat or full-Library coverage without reconciliation. The private inventory stays outside public HTML, JavaScript and receipts.

## P1 · Make a Goober-specific visual set
Status: queued creative work, not generated.
First review existing Library/Art Plane lineage for reusable originals. Then make a compact board and build one coherent family of six distinct compositions: (1) Outrider crossing with motion and height; (2) Artificer salvage workshop and one invention; (3) Wayfinder signal bridge; (4) a shared outpost worth returning to; (5) the relay arriving and changing Garden Central; (6) a quiet personal corner where a new quest can begin. Develop Sae-bird/Blubird as alternatives, not a selected identity. Give Goober adult-gamer energy, readable scenes and real visual agency; avoid turning his world into only Princess artwork or a branded imitation of his favorite games.
Acceptance: six genuinely different scene/role images, not six crops; continuity with the existing violet/lantern language; each image has clear intended scene use, a non-garbled caption, source/model/transform evidence where available, an uncropped original and mobile derivative. No portrait of a real person invented from their name.

## P1 · Preserve gallery changes during subsequent builds
Status: required before replacing the Goober release payload again.
The live gallery source is the readable HTML in goober/gallery/, with its plan and receipts. The existing public exporter copies the older app/public tree, so a future full export must first carry this gallery into app/public/gallery and retain its navigation link. Do not run an older pinned payload over this subtree and silently delete the gallery. Add a regression asserting the gallery route and entry survive a rebuilt release before changing goober-release.json. Do not change other people's site subtrees.

## P2 · Connect pictures to consequential play
Status: queued.
A scene image should link to its actual story moment; accepted story changes may choose another scene variant, but images and model narration must never become owners of canonical world truth. Keep local playtest state distinct from Skein-accepted shared continuity. Add favourites or image notes to the existing field-log schema rather than another notebook database.
Acceptance: an image opens the correct story scene, a note survives reload, a source receipt remains one tap away, and no click grants account/device/worker authority.

## P2 · Make image communication recoverable
Status: queued.
New image communications should carry a compact, decoded-and-tested QR/context capsule when composition permits, with a visible explanation and a non-QR path. No secrets or personal data in a public payload; no decorative pseudo-QR. Keep original pixels and separately hashed relay derivatives. Gallery copy links are not yet embedded QR artwork.

## P2 · Recover the film, not a story about the film
Status: source blocked at last retrieval (HTTP403).
Reuse the implemented original-link and browser-local MP4 recovery path. Once authorized bytes are actually available, inspect duration/codecs and establish whether the file matches any earlier named film. Only then add a verified film entry with poster lineage and accessible playback. No proxy or credential forwarding.

## Completion rules
A plan is not a worker dispatch. Candidate code is not a live result. A matching hash is not an authenticated identity or a true claim. Public delivery means the link opens anonymously and the feature works. This yarn names next actions and acceptance checks; no background worker or new hosting service is started by saving it.

## Image-first layout correction · 11 September 2026

Owner asked for the familiar Yandex-style browsing direction. The current gallery now has an image-first dense wall, prominent search, filters and density control, a full-viewport original viewer with a related-picture side panel, and separate stable IDs / stored filenames. Source notes and this yarn are folded below the pictures instead of occupying the first screen. Related pictures are curated same-world links, NOT an implemented computer-vision similarity search. No pictures or queries are sent to Yandex/Grok. The original/crop distinction, byte verification, keyboard navigation and existing deep links remain; same-page fragment navigation was repaired.

The browser change receipt records 27 local checks, with live delivery recorded separately after publication. The public collection is still three original artworks. Correct prior-image labels remain a private curation question; no unconfirmed portrait was substituted. The new pinned public release includes the complete existing gallery, not the older payload that omitted it. Future source exports must preserve browser.css and browser.js along with index.html and the earlier plan/receipts.

## Recovered-world enrichment · 11 September 2026

Implemented candidate in this same installed surface: nine further original artworks from the already-public Anewgam/Peachfall source pack, bringing the selection to twelve. Original bytes and existing provenance are retained; smaller previews live under Goober. The actual prior GalleryView and gallery.ts were recovered and read. Its named-room, filmstrip, wheel/keyboard zoom and drag-pan ideas now inform the public projection. No foreign world-save, unlock state or execution authority was imported. Main-world hero and illustrated gallery doorways use these recovered assets.

The fresh attachment list contains17 records across10 source-name groups. Three artworks are publicly represented; screenshots, unresolved portraits and unexported boards remain in the private reference trail. This is not full automatic chat/Library synchronization. New Goober neon boards were viewed but a connector egress restriction prevented the tested transfer; do not bypass it or claim those bytes are hosted.

Semantic naming has an in-app public resolver: saelion://anewgam/goober, saelion://anewgam/goober/gallery, saelion://world/peachfall. The existing installed origin is unchanged. Local host aliases and ChromeNAS sharing remain inactive until native host access, precise scope, DNS/TLS, authentication, revocation and live allow/deny proofs exist. No public network probe or private share listing is embedded.

The twelve-picture enrichment release must preserve atlas.css, atlas.js, catalog.json, enrichment.css/enrichment.js and earlier source receipts when exporting again. Main app.js, original source files and its current service worker remain untouched. Actual online validation is recorded separately from the local33-check report. Do not mark new gallery offline support or full Art Plane convergence done.

## Tower thread and checked-in publication · 13 September 2026

Status: implemented candidate, awaiting merged/live verification. `/#tower` is an additive story seam inside the existing Goober PWA. It reuses the public `peachfall-09` artwork and carries one of three explicit player choices into the existing project/field-log form. Opening the door does not save, dispatch, or accept anything; the player reviews the prepared candidate and deliberately chooses Keep. No second cockpit or storage system was added.

The gallery catalog regression introduced with the seven keeper pictures is repaired by recording complete public-source fields and giving every keeper a wall tile. The named-door resolver is again in exact parity with its public route projection. Peachfall’s embedded frame now waits for an explicit Watch or Play choice.

Checked-in `master` is the publication source of truth. The custom workflow no longer deletes `goober/`, restores a pinned historical archive, commits generated output, or pushes to `master`; it performs read-only contract verification. The old importer remains guarded for an explicit reviewed full-tree operation only. A future full exporter must still be reconciled before it is used to replace this tree.

## Trace reconciliation and relay priority

The current conversation listing has18 references. The whole raw chat and every tool invocation are not claimed captured; source/disposition and delivery checkpoints are preserved. Two already-public review images are now separately selectable under Process. Original artwork count remains12. Previously blocked Goober boards and owner-private screenshots are not silently released.

The next priority is the actual local relay binding. A tested read-only host readiness candidate is retained with the existing relay issue; no household service, DNS or tunnel activation is claimed. Preserve the installed public origin and its local records. Do not publish a speculative .local/public relay link as a working destination.

## OBS Studio / Windows11 field guide
Six exact-text instructional graphics now accompany the directory/first-recording flow at /goober/learn/obs-windows-11/. They are surfaced in the same gallery under Learn / OBS, distinct from the twelve fictional-world originals and two process images. Each final PNG has a decoded step QR and a non-authorizing metadata capsule. The thread and narration are draft copy, not posted tweets or recorded voice. Exporters must preserve the learn/obs-windows-11 subtree and six gallery references. No host installation or directory state was inferred from a browser checkbox.
